Rassmussen Poll: Toomey 49% Specter 40%

The lead of 49-40 is impressive but more importantly is Specters favorability ratings.

Arlen Specter has a 54% unfavorable rating among Pennsylvanians with only 3% undecided. Looks like the Keystone states citizens have made up their minds about Specter.
